· Serve as a focal point of contact for customer on aircraft status monitoring · Oversight of Aircraft Maintenance Schedule tasks and Aircraft Defect expiry · Attends and chairs daily Production Input Meeting (PIM) with customers · Plan accepted tasks and generate a 24-hour finalized work plan · Review and acceptance of ad hoc work input and recalibrate daily work plan · Ensure timely execution of all critical tasks for flight · Engage customers for alternate maintenance ground time for last min
