COMPANY PROFILE : Cake Global, a leading executive recruitment firm, is partnering with a leading food manufacturing company, seeking an experienced HVAC Manager focusing on ensuring the continuous, efficient, and reliable operation of the factory's refrigeration systems and related machinery through effective management of the maintenance team, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage, assign tasks, and support team members to ensure quick and effective resolution of issuesGuarantee that production systems, machinery, and equipment are always in optimal working conditions to prevent operational disruptions.Develop weekly and monthly work plans and effectively deploy them to all team members for efficient execution.Actively and efficiently manage tools, consumables, spare parts, and backup equipment.Plan and execute scheduled repairs and preventive maintenance according to approved timelines.Proactively research and propose solutions to optimize system operation and capacity.Guide and train subordinate staff to enhance their professional expertise and skills.Cultivate a civilized and modern work environment and culture.Propose salary increases, bonuses, and disciplinary actions for direct reports.Submit comprehensive and timely reports on all departmental operations as required by management.Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

1.5年以上獨立模具設計經驗；2.熟練UG、CAD設計軟件，熟練辦公軟件；3.獨立完成全套模具設計，前期失效模式分析，客戶要求設定；4.產品製程跟蹤及模具改善；5.具有較強的溝通協調能力與團隊合作精神。
