Job Description:
Reporting to the CMO, the Marketing Manager will serve as a key individual contributor, executing strategic initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring seamless implementation of marketing efforts. This role is designed for a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
While titled as a "Manager," this role leans heavily towards hands-on execution, requiring an individual who can work across multiple teams and vendors to drive marketing outcomes. The Marketing Manager will act as the right-hand person to the CMO, supporting the implementation of brand, content, community, and performance marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Execution: Support the CMO in implementing strategic marketing initiatives across all digital and offline channels.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.
Content & Communications: Assist in content planning, production, and distribution across multiple platforms while maintaining consistency with the brand’s messaging and voice.
Community Development: Oversee community engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and fostering organic growth.
Performance Marketing Support: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize marketing spend and audience targeting.
PR & Media Coordination: Assist with PR initiatives, including coordinating media outreach, managing press releases, and evaluating partnerships.
Event Marketing: Work with vendors and teams to organize and execute events that align with brand and business goals.
Budget & Performance Tracking: Track marketing expenditures, assess ROI, and provide data-driven recommendations for budget allocation.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and growth teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
