The company is building one of Vietnam’s largest and most dynamic student ecosystems, and is currently seeking a School Partnership Manager to lead strategic relationships with top schools nationwide.
OVERVIEW
The School Partnership Manager will spearhead collaborations with leading high schools across Vietnam, driving student engagement and lead generation through strong relationships, school events, and field initiatives. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and can blend strategic growth execution with hands-on partnership building.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy Growth Execution
Collaborate with Field Sales to develop growth strategies for high schools in Hồ Chí Minh, Hà Nội, and Đà Nẵng.
Plan, develop, and execute scalable lead-acquisition models across key provinces.
Identify market expansion opportunities and design data-driven initiatives for outreach.
2. School Partnerships
Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with school decision-makers (principals, vice principals, counselors).
Conduct partnership evaluations and propose improvements to enhance school satisfaction.
Represent the brand at education fairs, counselor workshops, and student engagement events.
3. Field Sales Team Leadership
Recruit, manage, and coach the Field Sales and School Relations teams to deliver lead-generation targets.
Oversee event operations, ensure seamless logistics for offline school fairs, and uphold brand standards.
Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, optimizing operational efficiency and outcomes.
