As our Wholesale TEAM Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing and growing our shop-in-shop and retail corner business with strategic partners. This is a high-impact role for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual who thrives on transforming partnerships into performance. What You’ll Do
🔹 Lead & Grow Partner Operations
Be the go-to person for our wholesale partners, fostering a close and performance-driven relationship.Conduct regular visits to partner stores, providing on-site coaching and ensuring strong operational standards.Drive business performance and support local teams to achieve commercial goals.
🔹 Drive Commercial Impact
Manage key accounts and deliver ambitious targets with precision and accuracy.Coordinate store openings end-to-end: layout planning, implementation, stock flow, and launch execution.Collaborate with our merchandising team to land the right assortment and seasonal DAO (Display Allocation Optimization) plans.
🔹 Align Cross-Functional Execution
Work closely with supply chain, IT, and logistics teams to deliver seamless execution.Lead monthly P&L reviews, track shrinkage, and optimize costs in collaboration with the Project Leader.Monitor deliveries, stock availability, and shrinkage; take ownership of partner disputes and resolution.
What You Bring
Experience & Skills
5+ years in retail or wholesale, with proven experience managing accounts exceeding $ 200M in turnover.Strong understanding of retail layouts, merchandising, and store execution.Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; confident working with KPIs and performance dashboards.Fluent in Mandarin; professional proficiency in English.
