The company is building one of Vietnam’s largest and most dynamic student ecosystems, and is currently seeking a School Partnership Manager to lead strategic relationships with top schools nationwide. OVERVIEW The School Partnership Manager will spearhead collaborations with leading high schools across Vietnam, driving student engagement and lead generation through strong relationships, school events, and field initiatives. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and can blend strategic growth execution with hands-on partnership building. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Strategy Growth Execution Collaborate with Field Sales to develop growth strategies for high schools in Hồ Chí Minh, Hà Nội, and Đà Nẵng. Plan, develop, and execute scalable lead-acquisition models across key provinces. Identify market expansion opportunities and design data-driven initiatives for outreach. 2. School Partnerships Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with school decision-makers (principals, vice principals, counselors). Conduct partnership evaluations and propose improvements to enhance school satisfaction. Represent the brand at education fairs, counselor workshops, and student engagement events. 3. Field Sales Team Leadership Recruit, manage, and coach the Field Sales and School Relations teams to deliver lead-generation targets. Oversee event operations, ensure seamless logistics for offline school fairs, and uphold brand standards. Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, optimizing operational efficiency and outcomes.

職位概述： 此角色將直接支援執行長與教務長，負責潛在學生與家長的初步開發、銷售支持、以及協助優化學生學習體驗。 透過密集培訓與實戰演練，您將學習顧問式銷售、教育產品規劃與客戶關係管理，並最終成長為能獨當一面的 教育顧問（Educational Counselor）。 工作職責： 一、業務開發與銷售支持 協助蒐集並篩選潛在學生、家長及合作夥伴名單。主動聯繫潛在客戶（電話、Email、社群媒體），建立初步信任與需求了解。為執行長與教務長安排諮詢會議，並跟進潛在客戶動態。協助準備銷售簡報、方案資料與報價。 二、客戶關係與轉換 協助建立與維護 CRM 系統，紀錄客戶需求、偏好與互動歷程。跟進客戶諮詢進度，確保流程順暢並提升轉換率。協助整理客戶回饋，發現服務優化機會，並與顧問團隊分享。 三、學習體驗與服務優化 支援課程規劃與學習活動安排，確保學生有最佳體驗。收集學員學習數據與成效，整理報告並提供執行長與教務長決策參考。參與線上／線下活動，如工作坊、研討會，協助現場執行與互動。 四、跨部門協作 與行銷團隊協力，追蹤市場推廣效果與活動報名情況。協助設計銷售工具（如話術腳本、跟進模板）及流程優化。 五、專業成長與訓練 接受教育顧問培訓，包括顧問式銷售、需求分析與解決方案設計。逐步承擔獨立諮詢、需求評估與轉換任務。有機會參與核心策略會議，學習如何從宏觀視角優化教育產品與服務。 理想人選條件： 教育與經驗 大專以上學歷，科系不限，具教育、行銷、業務或顧問服務經驗者優先。對教育產業、學生學習成長或顧問服務有高度熱忱。 能力與特質 具備出色的溝通與說服力，能與學生、家長快速建立信任感。主動積極，具目標導向與業績意識。優秀的時間管理與組織能力，能同時處理多項任務。熟悉辦公軟體（Excel、PowerPoint、Google Workspace）；有 CRM 使用經驗者佳。基本中英文書面與口語表達能力。 加分條件 曾有銷售、業務拓展或教育機構招生經驗。了解教育產品（課程設計、線上學習工具）與數據分析基礎。 薪資與福利： 薪資範圍: 底薪新台幣40,000元起，依能力與經驗調整，另有業績獎金制度 福利制度: 健保、勞保、勞退、彈性休假/排休、每雙周不定時聚餐、辦公室餵食、高級員工酒吧半價
