About the Opportunity: We are seeking a driven and analytical (Senior) Product Manager to own and advance product initiatives across our exchange platform. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, transforming market insights and user needs into seamless, high-performance features. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive sustainable product growth in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for exchange-related features, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, UI/UX design, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery. Market Competitor Analysis: Continuously research crypto market trends, user feedback, and competitor movements to optimize the user journey and trading experience. Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and writing PRDs to wireframing, testing, and post-launch optimization. Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor and analyze key product metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve user retention, and make informed product decisions.RequirementExperience: 3 to 5+ years of solid experience in Product Management. Industry Background: Proven product management experience specifically within cryptocurrency trading platforms/exchanges (e.g., Spot, Derivatives, Wallets, Fiat gateway, or Earn products). Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required to communicate effectively with our global and cross-functional teams. Core Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of blockchain technology and crypto market dynamics. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize product backlogs, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.Nice to Have:AI Utilization: Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or other generative AI productivity tools) to optimize product documentation, workflows, or data analysis. Technical Background: Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SQL) or a basic understanding of trading algorithms.
