Develop add-on program or customizations within ERP product (SAP or Epicor) according to customers’ business needs Test the add-on program according to customers’ needs and expectations Analyze bugs and errors and do corrective actions Conduct final testing to ensure all developed program/add-ons are bugs-free Perform documentations for the customizations/add-on programs as necessary
