開發及維運既有系統Ｗeb及APP，確保系統穩定性、可用性、安全性Ｗeb及APP介面UI/UX設計、切版，能確保跨瀏覽器、跨裝置 (RWD) 呈現一致性，並與工程師協作完成開發與前端工程師/體驗治理中心共同討論提出設計最佳化建議配合主管指派辦理行政、網站資訊安全弱點修復及其他例行性事項，確保日常運作順暢與團隊制度規範之落實

【核心職責 Key Responsibilities】--(70%) 1. 負責產品的 UIUX 設計（含 Web/App 介面），將需求轉化為高品質的設計提案 2. 參與使用者流程優化、資訊架構調整、設計規範( Design System ) 建置與維護 3. 與 PM、工程團隊合作推動產品迭代，協助需求方釐清需求與產出設計提案 【支援項目 Marketing Visual Support】--(30%) 1. 活動網頁設計 Landing Page 2. 線上線下素材設計 Banner、社群圖、DM 3. 活動檔期間的資訊更新與版面微調 我們期待您具備以下特質 ↓↓ 1. 在快速變動的環境下，能夠迅速拆解問題並梳理出設計脈絡 2. 能夠跨部門協作，將設計語言轉化為合作夥伴能理解的通用邏輯 3. 擁有Ownership心態，能針對不同規模的專案提出彈性解方 4. 具有一定程度的Bussniss Acumen，在設計時會考慮轉換成效及用戶體驗，提供有憑有據的設計決策【加分條件 Nice to Have】1. 熟悉資料導向決策或用戶訪談流程，並以數據分析資料 ( GA、Clarity ) 為佐證2. 理解 html、css 等開發語言與工程端協作並能製作簡易的切版3. 主動積極善於溝通協作、能接受在不明確問題下主動釐清問題並提出建議，對跨領域協作挑戰有興趣

【工作內容】 社區配置圖繪製/錯誤修正分店繳交社區資料比對覈實 【工作條件】 須熟悉Figma、Adobe Illustrator、Adobe Photoshop 相關科系尤佳 約聘時間：2月~10月 【工作時間】08:30~18:00(07:30~10:00彈性上班時段;17:00~19:30彈性下班時段)
