About This Role
We are looking for a senior Art Director to take full ownership of Vibe’s overall brand art direction.
This role is not about maintaining what already exists. It is about defining what’s next.
You will set the visual and conceptual direction of the Vibe brand across all touchpoints, ensuring our work stands confidently alongside leading global tech brands. We are particularly inspired by AI-forward, idea-driven art direction seen in companies like Intercom and other best-in-class SaaS and product-led brands.
This role is ideal for someone with exceptional visual taste, strong cultural and trend awareness, and the ability to create, curate, and systemize a cohesive art direction. You should be confident making high-level creative decisions that scale across teams and products.
Responsibilities
Own and define Vibe’s brand art direction across marketing, product UI aesthetics, campaigns, website, packaging, motion, and emerging surfaces.
Establish a clear, contemporary visual point of view that reflects Vibe’s positioning as an AI-powered, design-driven company.
Create or curate art directions that are on par with global tech and SaaS leaders, not just local benchmarks.
Translate abstract concepts such as AI, intelligence, collaboration, and trust into compelling and distinctive visual systems.
Lead art direction for major brand and go-to-market initiatives, from concept to execution.
Set visual standards, principles, and guidelines that enable consistency without limiting creativity.
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure brand and product visuals feel cohesive and intentional.
Guide and elevate the visual design team through critique, direction, and mentorship.
Actively explore and integrate AI-assisted creative tools and workflows to enhance creative output and efficiency.
Stay deeply informed on global design, art, and cultural trends, and know what to adopt, adapt, or ignore.
