工作內容：1、負責公司企業形象、品牌視覺形象，LOGO 等相關平面設計；2、與市場部緊密合作，跟進線上推廣物料；3、跟進公司官網、APP的平面設計及優化；4、負責公司平面廣告、宣傳物料、互聯網產品設計並製定規範；5、跟踪和分析上線設計的用戶體驗，並對設計細節進行完善；6、協調並配合市場部及其他部門同事，高效完成相關工作。

Tugas : Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing untuk menganalisa, merencanakan, dan melaksanakan strategi digital media campaign yang terencana dan terintegrasiMeningkatkan brand awareness menggunakan digital media channels seperti Instagram dan TiktokMenciptakan konten-konten yang kreatif dan inovatif untuk mencapai goal serta meningkatkan Penjualanmenjadi model produk pakaian dalam konten yang kreatif dan inovatif, sehingga membantu mencapai target penjualan.Mendistribusikan konten-konten pada masing-masing platform.Menjaga digital media channels agar selalu up to date.Mengikuti trend sosial media, perkembangan dunia digital, dan teknologi desain terkini.Bersedia mengerjakan tugas lain di luar jobdesk yang di berikan oleh atasanBekerja sama dengan tim marketing untuk menganalisa, merencanakan, dan melaksanakan strategi digital media campaign yang terintegrasi.

Consult Account team about ideas; More feeling with request & brand/client to have good & suitable ideas, design,…;Analyze & Propose solutions to customers/ campaign/ project: Capture, advise, propose creative concept/ ideas, direction & design solutions suitable with client's strategy/ plan/ campaign;Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology;Create concept/ big ideas from the relevant insights for both the existing client campaigns and pitches that meet the strategic & business goals;Produce sketches, storyboards rough to visualize ideas that tell a story about each communication as well as align with the concept/ big idea;Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/ videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables;Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner;Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges;Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables.
