The Graphic Designer will support the creation of high-impact design materials,including key visuals for Kenangan Brands campaigns, marketing, social media, and branding. Working closely with theGraphic Designer team, this role ensures that every visual output effectively communicates our brand message andmaintains our brand equity across all channels.
Responsibilities:
Design Concept Preparation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative plans, concepts, and layouts. Ensure that all visuals clearly represent brand values to maintain and grow brand awareness.
Design Material Creation: Produce graphic design materials for various channels, including marketing campaigns, promotions, social media, and internal company communications, ensuring alignment with brand concepts.
Design Implementation Quality Control: Present creative concepts for evaluation and provide recommendations for process improvement. Finalize all designs in coordination with internal/external teams and superiors before publication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and other departments to ensure design consistency across various media channels. Proactively generate ideas to portray brand campaigns effectively.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Advertising, or any related fields (1–3 years of experience is required).
Good understanding of brand equity, typography, color theory, and composition, with a strong interest in FB trends.
Good command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic animation. Experience in E-Commerce, Digital, or UI/UX design is a significant plus.
Strong creative thinking with a "detective" mindset to stay ahead of design trends and find innovative ways to portray brand concepts.
High attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and teamwork.
