【職務描述】 1. 能針對品牌與行銷需求，規劃並製作多元設計素材，包含社群貼文、廣告視覺、活動 KV、網站／電商 Banner 等。 2. 具備平面設計與印刷相關實務概念，能執行 Banner、DM、展會製作物、品牌文宣等延伸設計。 3. 熟悉品牌識別規範，能確保不同平台（社群、電商、簡報、內部文件）的視覺呈現具備一致性與完整性。 4. 能理解並消化各單位需求，與行銷企劃、UI/UX 設計師及工程團隊緊密協作，並能有效回應修稿意見。 5. 具備良好的抗壓與修正心態，勇於面對設計挑戰與多次調整。

球場主視覺：負責球季、主題日主視覺規劃，並執行視覺設計與大圖輸出製作管理（含自製及外發溝通）。活動行銷物平面設計：針對各項主題活動、賽事宣傳，相關實體製作物設計（如海報、手冊等）。主場賽事動態與大螢幕設計：規劃並設計賽事現場大螢幕視覺素材，包含賽前打序影片視覺、局間互動活動圖稿及氣氛營造素材。社群平台圖文：負責官方 FB/IG/Threads 等粉專之社群圖文設計，確保風格與品牌形象一致，並具備高度社群吸引力。其它設計專案與跨部門合作：執行外部聯名、IP 授權等專案設計；支援周邊商品開發宣傳圖、業務廣告圖、贊助商合作等跨部門設計需求。其它主管交辦事項
