Developer ( R&D Specialist) to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing student learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:
1. Research:
● Conduct research to further understand learner’s needs.
● Analyze similar educational solutions on the market to identify best practices and areas for innovation.
2. Material Development:
● Design and develop high-quality learning materials that cater to students' needs.
● Ensure that materials align with the company's teaching objectives and educational standards.
● Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective content.
3. Quality Control:
● Implement rigorous QC processes to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of learning materials.
● Ensure materials are error-free and meet the highest quality standards.
4. Implementation:
● Integrate learning materials into our teaching app, ensuring a seamless and user- friendly experience for students.
● Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to material implementation.
● Monitor the performance and usability of materials within the app.
5. Continuous Improvement:
● Gather and analyze feedback from students, teachers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
● Continuously update and enhance learning materials to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
