The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented hardware and associated system software project /program manager with a proven record of delivering best-in-class products on time and on budget. PQA is responsible for developing process design, monitoring systems and procedures to ensure that manufacturing processes consistently produce high-quality products. Their role is proactive, aiming to build quality into the process from the start rather than just inspecting products at the end. 1. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables in process quality validation. 2. Identify critical process parameters and product characteristics into process design validation and quality control. 3. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. 4. Conduct FMEA to systematically identify and mitigate potential risks within a process. 5.
