Role Summary: We are seeking an aggressive and experienced Account Manager to lead our market entry and expansion into the Taiwan ODM ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving design-wins for our next-generation Power Shelves, Power Sidecars and Cooling system for high-performance computing (HPC) and AI server applications. This is a strategic "hunter" role requiring deep relationships within ODM procurement and RD teams. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate Tier-1 Taiwan ODMs. Map out key decision-makers in Procurement, RD, and PM organizations. Design-Win Execution: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from initial engagement to RFQ management, price negotiation, and MP (Mass Production) allocation. Secure design-wins for Rack Level Power and thermal Solutions. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Global Account Managers and Product Management to align ODM projects with end-user requirements.

Role Summary: As the technical anchor for our Taiwan business, you will work side-by-side with Sales to secure design-ins for Power Shelves and Power Sidecars. You will be the primary technical bridge between Taiwan ODM customers and our global engineering teams, ensuring seamless system integration and rapid issue resolution during product development stages. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Support: promote technical value proposition to ODM RD teams. Conduct technical presentations and demos for Power Shelf and Sidecar solutions. Design-In Debugging: specific support on system integration, including mechanical fit, thermal constraints, communication protocols, and power distribution compatibility. Issue Resolution: Lead on-site troubleshooting at ODM labs. Reproduce issues, analyze root causes, and drive corrective actions with internal RD teams. Project Management: Manage technical milestones for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring EVT/DVT/PVT criteria are met on schedule. Spec Definition: Assist customers in defining power requirements for next-gen AI platforms and influence their decision.

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:* Lead the design, development and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects, involving multiple domains. Participate in project planning and scheduling. .* Provide technical leadership and direction to a sizable team of engineers. May be a recognized expert (go to person) in one or more technical areas* Take responsibility for non-technical elements of an engineering project (people, financials etc.).* Review and interpret customer requirements/specifications and may act as primary customer contract.* Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions. Develops deployment strategies and plans.* Lead the deployment of strategic complex programs and coordinate site-wide deployment efforts.* May manage relationships with key vendors/partners.* Research systems ideas and will draw up plans for these systems* Design, modify and implement systems that meet customer and Celestica needs.* Create designs in line with Celesticas procedures, regulations and customer standards* Keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge and regulations* Solve complex problems* Liaison with suppliers, customers, contractors, and other internal teams.* Recommend system modificationsElectrical:* Creation of Schematics, Bills of material, diagrams, drawings, etc.* Analyzing and interpreting data and information* Creating reports and documentationMechanical:* Prepare calculations on the proposed solution before completing technical drawings. Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:* Identify technical issues, troubleshoot and resolve them by coordinating with RD, Manufacturing and Field teams.* Participate in customer technical meetings and prepare training programs for internal subordinates.* Hardware validation of Networking, Storage, Server products against customer's infield issues, requirements and Mfg. issues during NPI or RMA* System validation including DVT (Design Validation Trial), SPIT (Signal, Power, Integrity Timing) environmental regulatory approval.* Qualify alternative components for compatibility, cost effectiveness and benchmarking* Support Manufacturing Engineering and Test Engineers on trouble shooting and resolving technical issues and root cause analysis* Work with software teams to identify root cause of system failure* Ability to install software such as Linux based Operating Systems, ONIE, BIOS, BMC, SES* Proficient in using various test and measurement equipment including but not limited to Oscilloscope, Impedance analyzer, Power meter, Signal analyzer, Spectrum
