Role Summary: We are seeking an aggressive and experienced Account Manager to lead our market entry and expansion into the Taiwan ODM ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving design-wins for our next-generation Power Shelves, Power Sidecars and Cooling system for high-performance computing (HPC) and AI server applications. This is a strategic "hunter" role requiring deep relationships within ODM procurement and RD teams. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate Tier-1 Taiwan ODMs. Map out key decision-makers in Procurement, RD, and PM organizations. Design-Win Execution: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from initial engagement to RFQ management, price negotiation, and MP (Mass Production) allocation. Secure design-wins for Rack Level Power and thermal Solutions. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Global Account Managers and Product Management to align ODM projects with end-user requirements.

You will be the primary technical bridge between Taiwan ODM customers and our global engineering teams, ensuring seamless system integration and rapid issue resolution during product development stages. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Support: promote technical value proposition to ODM RD teams. Conduct technical presentations and demos for Power Shelf and Sidecar solutions. Design-In Debugging: specific support on system integration, including mechanical fit, thermal constraints, communication protocols, and power distribution compatibility. Issue Resolution: Lead on-site troubleshooting at ODM labs. Reproduce issues, analyze root causes, and drive corrective actions with internal RD teams. Project Management: Manage technical milestones for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring EVT/DVT/PVT criteria are met on schedule. Spec Definition: Assist customers in defining power requirements for next-gen AI platforms and influence their decision.

Including delivery schedules, equipment drawings (motors, pumps, valves, compressors, space heaters, generators, engines, sensors, tanks, strainers, etc.), data sheets, calculations, spare parts, and product data.•Drafting and reviewing floor plan drawings, PID drawings, control diagram and construction plan.•Builds project schedule that timelines from project kick off, to final testing and also after services.•Partners with vendor, sales and procurement team to ensure BOM’s accuracy and timely deliveries.•Travel to customer locations with sales for technical support.•Schedule and facilitate meetings with vendors, customers, sales, and other departments.•Other duties, as assigned.

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:* Identify technical issues, troubleshoot and resolve them by coordinating with RD, Manufacturing and Field teams.* Participate in customer technical meetings and prepare training programs for internal subordinates.* Hardware validation of Networking, Storage, Server products against customer's infield issues, requirements and Mfg. issues during NPI or RMA* System validation including DVT (Design Validation Trial), SPIT (Signal, Power, Integrity Timing) environmental regulatory approval.* Qualify alternative components for compatibility, cost effectiveness and benchmarking* Support Manufacturing Engineering and Test Engineers on trouble shooting and resolving technical issues and root cause analysis* Work with software teams to identify root cause of system failure* Ability to install software such as Linux based Operating Systems, ONIE, BIOS, BMC, SES* Proficient in using various test and measurement equipment including but not limited to Oscilloscope, Impedance analyzer, Power meter, Signal analyzer, Spectrum
