As a Cost Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing insight and driving down the costs of parts and complex modules by simulating production processes. You will also provide early definition of manufacturing process flows and product cost calculations during the design

1. 具熱心負責，熟悉office 365, excel 等相關文書工具軟體2. 協助資深工程師處理產品的機構設計與文件管理3. 協助機構相關承認事務4. 協助2d圖面整理、文件與變更紀錄，維護檔案5. 廠商溝通與支援跨部門溝通

1.領導組織管理機構設計團隊開發Lidar，以及其他精密光機電產品之機構相關設計2.協助Lidar及其他精密光機電產品的開發與驗證 3.應對全球客戶需求及溝通 4.跨部門溝通與協調。

1.自動化設備維護與異常排除等相關事務2.自動化設備的架設及生產問題改善協助及相關事項3.負責廠區的自動化設備運作狀況回報,及後續設備的優化及改善4.視專案需求,需要前往需求工廠所在地駐點及協助生產時設備穩定度維持(桃園龜山/楊梅/等...)5.需配合專案需求輪班或出差(視專案需求)

1. 光機/機構件包含Lens、外殼、光學膠材質survey及選用2. 光機/產品系統相關的連接器/IO survey及選用　3. 光機/機構件設計、PCBA placement、PCB/FPC layout出圖等4. 機構件開模、試模、整機組裝製程tunning及問題分析/驗證5. 產品及關鍵光機單體測試及問題分析/驗證

1. 生產自動化線體規劃2. 自動化設備導入3. 自動化機構設計(3D, 2D繪圖)4. 公差分析、DFMEA等6 Sigma分析5. 設計發包與估價6. 車床、洗床等加工機運用7. 自動化機台組裝測試及生產線導入8. 量產上線驗證(良率、機故率分析與對策)

1.協助Thermal工程師進行感溫線黏點作業。2.協助Thermal工程師機台測試。3.對Thermal實驗工具、設備出借管理、線材、試紙等耗材數量管控。4.對Thermal設備保養、損壞狀況掌握，並協助聯繫廠商維修。5.其他主管交辦事項。
