Position Summary:This position is accountable for DSS Engineering scope in Asia exclude Korea region. DSS is the business that offers Specialty Gas Delivery Equipment/Specialty Chemical Delivery Equipment/Turnkey Installation of Gas/Chemical systems and Poly Flow products. Individual is expected to have technical design capability in order to be able to develop products for end customers.- We are looking for a dynamic, versatile Mechanical Design Engineer who will be responsible for new tool design and introduction (LDS; Liquid Delivery System). This process includes equipment hardware design, PID diagram, 2D drawing and 3D CAD modeling skill, project management, specification development, vendor selection, procurement, validation and commissioning of manufacturing equipment. - With the fast pace of innovations in semiconductors, you must be able to interact with staff in all functions to meet custome requirement, enhance tool performance and improve quality.- We expect that you’ll collaborate, share and work as a team that partners closely with all stakeholders.Your Role:- Use CAD tools to design equipment, sheet-metal, and submodule.- Design/Review the PID diagram.- Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Maintenance and Reliability (DfMR), HAZOP, Risk assessment and FMEA to build a best-in-class equipment for DSS.- Use a variety of inputs to develop a coherent specification document that clearly defines all aspects of the project.- Engage with a variety of stakeholders including, Commerical, Project, Service, Product, Quality, Controls Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Operation Planning personnel in the entire process development to commissioning and qualification.- Develop and manage project plans to complete within schedule, budget and quality constraints.- Assist with Manufacturing/Production Engineering responsibilities if the business dictates. This would include troubleshooting, failure analysis, Quality and Yield improvement.- Provide guidance and support to teammates to complete all assigned task.Who You Are:- Minimum Bachelor‘s Degree is required with background of Mechanical engineering perferred, but related experience in lieu of education may also be considered.- 5+ years of working experience in the engineering field in production environment.- Experience in technical mechanical drawing and use of CAD tools.- Review PID diagram. (capable of PID design is plus) - Experience in Project management, mechanical design and development. - Knowledge of PDCA, Risk analysis, FMEA, DFM, DfMR, HAZOP, DMAIC.- Proficiency in Microsoft application for writing technical report and documentation of procedures, change control and technical specification.- Ability to provide guidance and support to teammates.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.- Positive mindset with creativity, good problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.- Preferably able to start work with short notice.

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:* Responsible for thermal test validation of IT equipments including server/storage/switch product.* Set-up thermal test environment and execute the thermal test including wind-tunnel test and temperature test.* Work with other function team to resolve thermal relevant issues.* Document comprehensive thermal test plan and report.
