Prepare and check time schedules, outage documentation, equipment lists, and enquiries/offers to/from local sub-suppliers, ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy quality guidelines. Coordinate complex Steam Turbine outages with Siemens Energy head office and product line, and participate in internal and external outage preparation and lessons learned meetings. Conduct possible site visits within the ASEAN region for outage preparation, arrange site set-up including transport of containers and tools, and input data in Service planning tools in SAP and Salesforce Lightning system. Assist in budget/forecast planning for inspections, overhauls, repairs, and modifications, and compile regional outage plans for the next five years. Support outage progress together with the Lead Planning Engineer during execution, and review project costs with the Lead Project Engineer, Commercial and Technical Project Managers.Actively support the implementation of FS digitalization and modernization initiatives, such as paperless outage, data-driven maintenance, optimized resource allocation, and the use of 3-D and remote technologies, drones, etc., while working with Field Service and Tool Depot to develop local and regional Generator capability.
