規劃及執行內部稽核作業、年度稽核計畫、出具相關報告及追蹤改善。依法令規定向主管機關申報稽核相關資訊。檢視並評估公司內部控制制度之設計與執行有效性。查核各項作業是否符合公司內規、相關法令及主管機關規定。定期出具稽核報告並向董事會報告稽核結果與風險警示。提供各單位諮詢服務，協助優化作業流程與防範舞弊。主導內外部稽核工作的執行以及稽核報告之呈核與改善之追蹤。定期舉辦公司內部稽核教育訓練。
