Responsibilities: 1. In this role you will: ●        Work with Mexico sales and marketing teams to support LAT BFM in making financial decisions and own the PL managing the budgets and driving predictability on the business results.●        Partners with Mexico sales heads to make sound financial decisions.●        Managing quarter-end close processes.●        Provide financial leadership to the Mexico Sales marketing teams through data-based analytics, trends key insights from a finance perspective in conjunction with LAT BFM.●        Maintain Weekly Sales reporting update tableau dashboard reporting●        Interacting with Regional category teams, finance peers, and the supply chain team●        Support LAT BFM tracks reports key performance indicators such as Revenue, Margins, Sell Through/Sellout, Channel Inventory and operating expenses of Mexico country.●        Support LAT BFM on the preparation and upload (in Google Drive and systems) of the annual/quarterly financial planning processes which includes (but is not limited to):o   Annual planning (AOP)o   March, June and September Forecastso   Margin bridgeso   Estimated Revenues Updates (ERU) by the end of the quarterso   Etc.●        Perform quarter end closing accruals, actuals reporting, post close reconciliations (Distributor/Retailer incentives, promotions and marketing activities) and track quarterly spending (Soft$ Marcom).●        Support LAT BFM in the day-to-day routine with demands from Mexico country such as:o   Prepare analysis between actual and budgets figures of Soft$ Marcom to support business to control those investments.●        Participate in sales and marketing weekly meetings of Mexico business.●        Monitor key performance indicators such as Revenue, Margins, Sell Through/Sellout, Channel Inventory, and Operating Expenses.●        Manage performance dashboards for channels/GTM PL.●        Set up quotas and oversee quarterly commissions processes.  Key Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:● Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related areas.●  Minimum of 8 years of FPA experience in Consumer Electronics, IT, or FMCG industriesStrong analytical abilities, with a knack for manipulating and interpreting data.Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.● Proven ability to drive changes and influence business results.● Self-motivation and independence in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:●        Expert in Excel; Experience in Tableau, Oracle Essbase planning systems such as Onestream (preferably) is a plus#LI-AL1 Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play. The Team and Role:The Senior Tax Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Americas regional tax function for a global, publicly traded organization. This position is primarily responsible for tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filings and payments, and maintaining strong documentation that aligns with internal controls and external audit expectations.
