The company is launching the new Coffee Bar Rooftop based in HCM center and seeking an experienced Head Bar to lead Bar operations, menu innovation, and culinary team development.
OVERVIEW
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Head Bar to lead our client’s beverage program and team. This role is all about creativity, precision, and guest experience — from crafting coffee, mocktail, and cocktail drinks to ensuring every cup served represents The Cocoa Project’s standards of quality and care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Main drinks: Coffee, mocktail, and cocktail (mocktail and cocktail can be trained)
Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth, consistent service.
Create and update beverage menus featuring coffee, chocolate-based drinks, and seasonal specials.
Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and overall guest experience.
Manage inventory, supplier orders, and beverage cost control.
Train and motivate baristas and bartenders on techniques, recipes, and service style.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times.
Work with the management and marketing teams to design beverage pairings, events, and promotions.
