【工作內容】 主動獵才與管道開發： 透過 LinkedIn、ATS、社交媒體及各類創新管道，主動搜尋、接觸並吸引半導體頂尖人才。亞太區招募管理： 負責新加坡、日本、韓國及其他亞太區域的履歷篩選（Resume Screening）與初步評估。人才庫建立： 針對主動投遞與員工推薦（Referral）進行高效處理，並建立長期被動人才管線（Passive Candidate Pipeline）。數據驅動管理： 即時維護 ATS 系統資料，監控招募進度、面試轉換率及多元化招募（Diversity）比例。人才顧問角色： 定期與用人主管（Hiring Manager）
