About the RoleWe are seeking a driven and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will manage the full recruitment cycle — from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement — across a defined industry vertical.This is a 360° role that demands both exceptional interpersonal skills and a relentless drive to build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and candidates alike. You will be part of a high-performance team in a meritocratic, entrepreneurial environment where results are rewarded.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a portfolio of clients through proactive business development, including cold outreach, networking events, and leveraging referrals.Conduct thorough briefing meetings with hiring managers to fully understand the role requirements, team dynamics, and organisational culture.Source, screen, and assess candidates through multi-channel recruitment strategies including headhunting, LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networks.Conduct competency-based and behavioural interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and present a shortlist of qualified professionals.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation, contract management, and post-placement follow-up.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM/ATS system and provide market intelligence reports to clients.Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and revenue targets in line with team and company objectives.Provide informed advice to both clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
