The Talent Acquisition Manager will serve as a trusted strategic partner, driving the end-to-end technical talent acquisition lifecycle for the Taiwan Design Center, ensuring the recruitment strategy aligns with site-specific goals and global talent strategy.1. Expert Technical Recruitment Sourcing• Lead Full Life-Cycle Recruitment: Drive the entire recruiting process for highly technical and niche roles, including:• Hardware and Software Design Engineers (entry-level to Principal).• Technical Managers and Leaders (Director/VP level).• Compute, AI/ML Infrastructure, and Cloud/Multi-Cloud Architecture Specialists.• Target Pipeline Top-Tier Candidates: Leverage deep market intelligence and advanced sourcing techniques (headhunting, cold calling, networking) to proactively identify, engage, and build diverse pipelines of high-caliber talent in high-demand fields like Data Center Product Design and Open Compute Project (OCP) architecture.• Elevate the Candidate Experience: Manage complex compensation negotiations and effectively articulate Celestica's unique value proposition of working on cutting-edge, proprietary hardware and software projects.2.
