Talent development strategy and project promotion: Plan and implement talent development projects that are in line with the group's strategic goals, including talent echelon construction, individual development plan (IDP), performance management and key talent training plans.
Education and training planning and implementation: Implement and optimize new employee training, professional functional courses and leadership development training for mid- and senior-level managers.
LMS system and data management: Manage the internal learning system (LMS), optimize user experience, and be responsible for internal and external training data analysis and report writing.
Policy and method management: Maintain and optimize internal methods related to education and training and talent development to ensure standardized operations.
Cross-departmental collaboration and project execution: Work closely with other HR functions and business units to ensure project implementation and achieve results.
Produce and optimize online teaching materials, and translate teaching materials
Plan and optimize internal training platforms
Assist in the implementation of training plans and tracking of learning outcomes, and analysis of training data
Explore and introduce new digital learning tools
