As an intern in HR, you will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. Roles and Responsibilities - Lead projects that is linked to your functional, organizational unit, or site strategic objectives. - Deliver the expected output of these projects by the end of your internship period (e.g. a report, an analysis, a presentation, a toolkit, an event etc.), and systematically attain the required resources to complete them. - Implement any required research, information-gathering, logistics through the appropriate channels. Job Qualifications - Are currently studying towards a Bachelor’s degree from any majors.
