In this role you will:Service delivery for all employee life cycle processes across the business (onboarding, managing HR documentation, administering benefits and compensation changes, immigration and visa support, leave of absence, offboarding etc.)Partnering with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and HR Business Partners to deliver high quality, accurate efficient supportPartnering with Payroll to support timely input to the payroll cycles ensure audit readiness at all timesMaintaining employee data in the HR system (Workday)Familiarization with local labor and employment regulationsCompliant execution delivery of HR services within defined service level agreementsUpdating procedures, guidelines documentation in line with current legislation best practiceContributing to the maintenance development of new existing HR processesParticipating in ad hoc projects, user testing data validation for system enhancements (Open Enrollment, Internship Programs, Onboarding etc.)Recommending enhancements and simplification of processes procedures based on customer interaction and feedbackMaintaining the strictest levels of confidentiality discretion at all timesKey Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:2 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or employee services roles, ideally within a multinational environmentKnowledge of key HR processes and employment legislation within AP countriesProficiency in using HRIS systems, preferably WorkdayStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate workExperience collaborating across multiple stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Talent AcquisitionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service orientationAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and integrityComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing prioritiesStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsFluency in English and Mandarin Chinese requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)#LI-CC2/104Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
