The incumbent will act as the bridge between HR functions and business needs, ensuring the delivery of efficient, scalable, and impactful HR solutions. Responsibilities: 1. Service Delivery Optimization: Standardize HR processes across HR People Partners to ensure consistency and efficiency in areas like staffing, onboarding, employee data management, talent management, and business administration.2. We’re looking for an HR Payroll Operations Associate in Taiwan to manage HR and payroll for multiple client employeeswithin a shared-service environment. This role suits someone who works independently, pays close attention to detail, and is well-versed in local labour and payroll practices.
