1.採用、入退社手続き、勤怠管理．給与計算、社会保険など、人事・労務関連の業務委託先との連携を担う。 2.伝票処埋、経費精算、支払業務，請求書管埋など、日常の経埋・財務業務を正確に処理する。 3.オフィス環境の整備・維持、備品管理、契約書等の重要文書管理、社内イベントの企画・運営を行う。 4.新会社設立に伴い、社内規程の整備・運用や、各種業務フローの構築・改善を推進する。 5.予実管理や月次決箕のサポート、会議資料の作成輔助、言語支援。

1. 考勤管理：負責員工出勤記錄管理、假勤審核、異常處理及相關報表製作。2. 人才招募：協助規劃及執行人才招募流程，包括職缺發布、履歷篩選、面試安排、候選人追蹤及錄用作業。3. 勞健保及人事行政：辦理勞健團保、勞退相關作業、員工異動手續、名冊維護，並確保符合政府法規。4. 薪資計算：協助員工薪資、獎金、加班費等計算，確保準確性並符合相關法規。5. 人事相關行政工作：協助處理人事資料建檔、合約管理、員工關懷及內部溝通事項。6. 主管交辦事項：支援其他人資相關專案與主管交辦之任務。

Handle end to end flight management (ticket booking / data maintenance / itinerary change etc.) for assignee and dependents travels (expatriation / repatriation / home leave trip).Be the first point of contact to answer assignee's enquiries regarding their flight issue.Manage monthly invoice / travel insurance with travel desk / finance / accounting department.Create / update assignee's profile in company system and generate reporting on a regular basis or upon request.Assist in assignee's immigration administration (arrange interview schedule / document preparation and collection etc.).
