As the Recruitment Intern, you will be coordinating Recruitment activities, as well as performing admin tasks to ensure that Recruitment services are on time and follow the current Policy correctly. Key Responsibilities:
The Recruitment Intern is responsible for these areas:
Support in interview arrangements and following up on candidates’ status.
Build a database of candidates (candidate information, test/interview schedule, status, feedback, etc).
Implement activities related to hiring processes for new employees who meet PwC’s standards (Hiring documents, Initial Health check-up, On-boarding preparation, Personnel file etc).
Assist the Recruitment team in organizing Recruitment events (Job Fair, PwC Tour, Seminar, Internship Recruitment Events, etc)
Follow up on other admin tasks: work permit, visa, etc as required.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Recruitment Managers, as required.
