What you’ll be doing:
working with hiring leaders in Hardware and Software Engineering functions across the company to develop technical recruiting strategies that will identify and attract brilliant talent to our team.
Be constantly challenged to think creatively about how to drive hiring results.
Provide innovative approaches to help drive company's hiring process and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience that provide solutions to meet business needs;
Own candidate recruiting life-cycle management;
Build and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques that may include job board, open web sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline;
Report on recruitment activities
What we need to see:
5 years in-house technical recruiting experience with proven experience and passion for the overall hiring manager and candidate experience, hiring top talent and providing staffing solutions with experience in hardware, software or other engineering functions;
Demonstrated ability to partner and influence senior management, hiring leaders and partners;
Experience project handling recruiting projects, multiple searches and clients;
Strong collaboration skills with ability to gain trust and inspire your hiring partners and teams;
Outstanding oral and written communication skills;
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience;
Good command of written and oral English;
ATS experience (人力資源(HR)軟體應用程式)
