What You'll Do Own the full recruitment cycle for business roles, from defining hiring needs and sourcing to hiring and onboarding. Lead and execute our employer branding efforts across LinkedIn, blogs, and relevant events, showcasing our culture and career opportunities. Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience, serving as brand ambassador and coordinating with People Ops on onboarding processes to set new hires up for success.
