In this role, be the only recruiter of the company, report directly to the CEO, and make a huge impact. And since we’re in the job search space, you’ll also have rare opportunities to help shape our products for job seekers. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about transforming job search and finding the best talent for our mission. What You’ll Do Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation 🤝Partner closely with hiring managers and CEO to define role requirements and build high-quality pipelinesDevelop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive marketsDrive a strong candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedbackMaintain and optimize ATS workflows and reporting to ensure hiring process efficiency and data integrityInfluence hiring strategy through market insights, hiring metrics, and process improvementsRepresent the company’s brand in a compelling way across outreach, interviews, and industry eventsInterview candidates in different timezones if necessary (e.g. US, Canada)Work with Taiwan and US/Canada teamsSince we’re in the job search space, you’ll also have unique opportunities to provide feedback to shape the product!

我們正在尋找一位積極主動且善於資源整合的HR行政專員,以支持我們在臺灣和香港正在成長的業務運營。該角色將主要專注於人才招募,推動招聘活動以吸引並留住兩地的頂尖人才,同時提供HR運營支持,包括新員工入職、員工檔案管理及HR合規事務。成功的候選人將具備 區域性經驗,並對在多樣化的法規環境中建立HR專業知識充滿濃厚的興趣。 主要職責: 人才招募(主要工作重心) ● 管理臺灣及香港的全流程招聘過程,包括職位發布、人才尋覓、履歷篩選、 面試以及錄用管理。 ● 制定適合當地市場的招募策略(如臺灣使用104及CakeResume,香港使用JobsDB及LinkedIn。 ● 與招聘經理合作,瞭解人力需求並提供及時且高質量的候選人。 ● 建立並維護關鍵和重複性職位的人才庫。 ● 跟蹤並報告招聘指標,如招聘完成時間及聘用質量。 新員工入職及HR運營支持 ● 協調臺灣及香港的新員工入職計劃,確保員工順利融入公司。 ● 準備並維護勞動合同、員工檔案及HR文件,確保符合臺灣及香港的勞動法規。 ● 支持兩地員工的休假、考勤及福利管理工作。 ● 提供HR問題及員工關係事宜的前線支持。 ● 協助HR審計、報告及合規要求。 合規及政策支持 ● 保持對臺灣及香港勞動法規變更及HR實務的最新瞭解。 ● 確保HR流程及文件符合當地法規要求。 ● 協助實施針對各轄區訂製的HR政策及程序。 資格及要求: ● 人力資源管理、工商管理或相關領域學士學位。● 至少2年HR及招募經驗,具備區域性經驗者佳。 ● 深入瞭解臺灣及香港的勞動法規。 ● 具備強大的人才尋覓及招聘技能;精通使用當地招聘平臺及社交網絡渠道。 ● 熟練使用普通話及英語,懂粵語者更佳。 ● 具備良好的組織能力及同時處理多項任務的能力。
