The Project (Vision) You will act as a strategic partner to Decathlon's HR team, responsible for defining the recruitment strategy, executing campus recruitment, and optimizing the hiring process through data analysis to attract high-caliber talent to the company. 1.Recruitment Strategy Project Management: Define the recruitment strategy based on role needs and market insights. 2.Talent Pipeline Employer Branding: Build candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels and strengthen the employer brand through campaigns, social media, and recruitment materials. 3.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and guide hiring decisions through data and market knowledge. Your Responsibility (Core Functions) 1. Campus Relations Program Management Design and promote campus programs, and lead the annual campus recruitment strategy. Programs include (but are not limited to): internship programs, corporate visits, or campus ambassador activities. Plan and execute campus career fairs, acting as a primary representative of Decathlon to students. Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, faculties, professors, and student organizations across Taiwan to build an early talent pipeline. 2. Talent Sourcing Expansion Manage existing recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, 104, Xiao Ji Shang Gong) and optimize job posting visibility and effectiveness. Expand into new and non-traditional talent channels, especially communities where "sports lovers" gather (e.g., sports clubs, gyms, etc.). Build and maintain relationships with external partners (e.g., search firms, staffing agencies). 3. Data Analytics Process Optimization Regularly track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, interview-to-offer ratio, offer acceptance rate, source-of-hire effectiveness). Continuously improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and the quality of hires. Continuously improve data tools for the TA domain. Requirements Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Traits: Energetic, proactive, and highly communicative, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Language: Strong communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and oral). Skills: Experience with short-form video editing (e.g., for employer branding on social media). Familiarity with Google Tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) for data processing and report generation.
