Support the design and execution of communication plans for recruitment campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Assist in creating content (articles, visuals, short videos) to increase awareness and engagement of L’Oréal as an employer of choice.Contribute to organizing employer branding events and recruitment marketing activities.
2. Campus Recruitment Activation – 35%
Support and take the lead in on-campus activities, such as career fairs and campus talks.Initiate and manage student engagement activities (e.g., activation games, interactive activities) to attract and connect with young talent.Coordinate agenda planning, content creation, and logistics with universities, the TA team, event agencies, and speakers.Act as the main liaison for all stakeholders before, during, and after campus events.Ensure strong ROI by driving student conversion into programs such as L’Oréal Brandstorm, internship programs, and entry-level opportunities.
3. Data Insights – 20%
Collect and consolidate data from EB, recruitment, and campus projects.Build dashboards and prepare reports to track campaign effectiveness and generate insights for improvement.
4. Recruitment Operations – 10%
