What We’re Looking For You have solid experience in recruiting in tech/software industries (bonus points if you’ve recruited for both tech and non-tech roles)You have done end-to-end recruitment before: has good track recording in talent sourcing, and enjoys each contact point with the candidate throughout interview process.You are fluent in both English and Chinese—writing, speaking, and everything in between.You’re a natural people-person who’s curious, empathetic, and great at communication.You are great at deciphering recruiting data and spot insights, not just spreadsheets.You are good at interpreting the real needs and able to translate into execution steps.

主要職責 主動開發並維繫被動人才：透過 LinkedIn、104、Cake、技術社群及員工內推等多元渠道，建立長期人才關係。執行結構化電話／視訊初談：評估職務與文化適配度，行銷職缺亮點，並完成背景查核。運用創新方法吸引多元人才：包含內容行銷、社群活動等專案。制定並執行數據驅動的招募計畫：以 Time-to-Hire、來源效益等指標找出瓶頸並優化流程。建立、維護與管理人才資料庫，定期檢視管道健康度並即時補強。依業務需求擴充人才庫：涵蓋核心技術與非技術職能。策劃並推動雇主品牌專案（LinkedIn 發文、Open Day、Test Corner／技術聚會），提升招募績效與品牌能見度。
