What We’re Looking For You have solid experience in recruiting in tech/software industries (bonus points if you’ve recruited for both tech and non-tech roles)You have done end-to-end recruitment before: has good track recording in talent sourcing, and enjoys each contact point with the candidate throughout interview process.You are fluent in both English and Chinese—writing, speaking, and everything in between.You’re a natural people-person who’s curious, empathetic, and great at communication.You are great at deciphering recruiting data and spot insights, not just spreadsheets.You are good at interpreting the real needs and able to translate into execution steps.
