全生命週期開發：負責嵌入式系統層級的應用程式設計、嚴謹測試及全球量產部署。效能極致化：運用 Native 層級技術（C/C++）進行效能調校，實現流暢的軟硬體協作體驗。跨硬體通訊：處理多樣化的周邊設備整合，包含無線通訊模組及各類工業級串列介面（UART/I2C/USB 等）。架構與維護：建立高品質的軟體開發流程，撰寫具備高度可擴展性的技術規範文件。

客戶專案支援 Duties: This role focuses on supporting and improving tools that track bug reports and help identify issues in Bluetooth products. You will work on debugging log-related failures, enhancing the reliability and usability of internal tools, and extending Python-based infrastructure to better support the development and testing efforts of engineering teams. The position offers hands-on experience with both troubleshooting and building automation solutions that improve workflow efficiency. Responsibilities: • Investigate logs and debug tool failures affecting system reliability. • Improve tools that parse and reattach data to bug reports for better traceability. • Triage Bluetooth-related tooling issues and collaborate across teams. • Build and maintain Python scripts and frameworks to improve automation and monitoring.

客戶專案支援 Duties: Review incoming bugs relating to Bluetooth audio devices and determine the root cause of the failure. You will need to dig into multiple log sources, review documentation, consult with other teams and ensure bugs are sent to the correct orgs/teams with supporting evidence. Responsibilities: • Review logs and identify root causes for bugs • Monitor and escalate major recurring issues and/or regressions. • Engage with other engineering teams with clarification, root cause analysis and next steps. • Update and route bugs based on what was unearthed in investigations.

As an early member of our mobile engineering team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on and help strengthen our Android platform as we prepare for launch and continue to evolve the product beyond its initial release. Dedicated to crafting and refining efficient software systems, our team focuses on building robust, scalable solutions that support the platform’s growth and long-term stability. This role offers the opportunity to evolve and refine AIFIAN’s Android architecture and user experience, contributing to strong engineering practices for the mobile frontend as the product scales. You’ll play a key role in developing high-quality Android applications, improving stability and performance, and ensuring a seamless user experience as the platform grows.
