職務描述 監測 Ethereum及 Tron 區塊鏈的運行狀況，並根據鏈上的異常狀況進行錯誤排除。監測 本公司關注的交易紀錄，確保交易正常執行，並進行必要的調整與紀錄。管理 公司區塊鏈資產，負責錢包資產的維護與交易的執行。部署及維護節點，依據官方公告進行節點的升級與維護，確保節點穩定運行。維護負責區塊鏈資料的傳輸與處理，並進行資料儲存與查詢。協助開發、優化與維護區塊鏈相關系統，確保應用程式的可擴展性與高效能。與跨部門團隊合作，提供技術建議，參與產品開發與架構設計。進行程式碼審查、技術文件撰寫，並提升團隊技術能力。

Vị trí này đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc kết nối giữa bộ phận tại Việt Nam và nhà máy, đảm bảo hệ thống self-service vận hành ổn định, nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng.Trách nhiệm công việc1. Phối hợp với team IT nhà máy để triển khai, kiểm tra, xây dựng và tối ưu các chức năng self-service (như miniapp Zalo).2. Là cầu nối giữa bộ phận Việt Nam và nhà máy, chủ động tiếp nhận, sàng lọc, phản hồi và theo dõi việc xử lý các yêu cầu, vấn đề liên quan đến hệ thống.3. Giám sát hoạt động hàng ngày của nền tảng self-service, kịp thời phát hiện – xử lý sự cố ban đầu, đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động ổn định.4. Vận hành nội dung miniapp Zalo, biên tập và đăng tải định kỳ các bài “Tips sử dụng thiết bị” trên Zalo OA theo kế hoạch.5. -Responsible for developing software for automation machines.-Develop detailed software design specification and documentation.-Interacting with customers to provide technical support, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.-Must display initiative and ability to work in small multi-disciplinary teams including customers, project managers and project team.-On-site support for software and programming related issues.-Travelling to set-up support buy-off activity is necessary.-Provide assistance and software support to customers as well as evaluation to find solutions on customer’s modification requests.-Ability to handle execute project assigned independently with minimal supervision.-Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.-To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
