【Key Responsibilities】1. Perform required operations to comply with laws, rules and regulations.2. Troubleshoot application deployments. You will lead the planning and management of our MSSQLinfrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. What you'll do•High Availability Strategy: Plan, deploy, and maintain robust High Availability (HA) and DisasterRecovery (DR) solutions, specializing in MSSQL AlwaysOn Availability Groups and FailoverClustering.•Performance Tuning: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through queryoptimization, index management, execution plan analysis, and wait statisticsmonitoring. •Operational Excellence: Manage daily database operations including backups, restoration drills,security patching, version upgrades, and health monitoring.•Architecture Support: Collaborate with engineering teams on schema design, code reviews for T-SQLstored procedures, and providing production support for data-related incidents.

- Ensure smooth and stable operations of various databases - Performance tuning to improve database operation efficiency - Design and implement physical database back-ups, recovery programs, archiving functions and conversion strategies on specific database technologies - Determine methods and procedures for database administration. - Install, configure, and maintain database software components. - Implement and maintain database security through established security procedures - Prompt implementation of programs and data patches for production - Provide off-hour support on rotational basis Support on Development ----------------------- - Prompt implementation of programs and data patches for DEV/UAT to support new applications and on-going application enhancements to meet business objectives. - Set up testing DB environments - Work with business partners and third-part vendors to plan, design, create, and maintain databases to support enterprise applications - Provide database advisory or support to various projects
