As a Microsoft Data Center Technician (DCT), you will stage, set up and perform hardware deployments. In addition, you will also perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on equipment, as well as perform hardware decommissions for simple changes and refreshes following Standard Operating Procedures. 1. Responsible for completing the on-site implementation of the company's software sales to customers 2. Responsible for demand research and pre-sales support of the implemented software 3. Assist the project manager to control the progress and quality of the project to ensure that the implemented project is completed as planned 4. Responsible for completing the preparation of project implementation documents 5. Responsible for completing the review work of related projects and writing related solutions 6. Responsible for collecting project requirements and providing feedback to superiors and relevant project stakeholders 7. Responsible for completing customer training work for the project 8. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors
