We are seeking an Engineer with experience in silicon photonics to support photonic device design, PIC development, system simulation, and PDK integration. The engineer will work on photonic circuit design, system-level simulation, photomask layout, and collaborate with silicon photonics foundries for fabrication and testing. The role will also involve advanced packaging considerations for chip-level integration. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop Silicon Photonics PDK components, including device modeling, parameter extraction, compact modeling, and integration into design frameworks. 2. Design photonic integrated circuits (PICs) based on system requirements and fabrication process constraints. 3. Perform optical, photonic, and system simulations, including device-level, circuit-level, and system-level modeling and optimization. 4. Create photomask layouts and ensure design rule compliance for commercial silicon photonics fabrication processes. 5. Collaborate with Si Photonics foundries for fabrication, process review, MPW submissions, and tape-out planning. 6. Conduct optical and electrical testing of photonics devices and PICs, including characterization, data analysis, and reporting. 7. Work with packaging and module system teams to evaluate advanced packaging schemes for PIC--electronic integration.

Our trading strategies cover stocks, futures, and derivatives, achieving a daily global trading volume in the hundreds of millions dollars.Roles/ Responsibilities:• High speed IP interface design (such as PCIE gen 3, 4 / Ethernet, DDR etc.)• In charge of FPGA design/ implementation/simulation.• Transmission protocol layer development.• Optimizing hardware for latency.• Proficiency with Xilinx design environment.

1.Creating verification plans of complex digital design blocks by fully understanding the design specification and interacting with design engineers to identify important verification scenarios. 2.Create verification environments using SystemVerilog, SystemC or UVM. 3.Identify and write all types of coverage measures for stimulus and corner-cases. 4.Debug tests with design engineers to deliver functionally correct design blocks. 5. Close coverage measures to identify verification holes and to show progress towards tape-out.
