We are looking for an AI Trainer (Data Labeler) – Coding Domain with native or professional proficiency in Traditional Chinese (TW). Your role will be to design and review conversation examples that show how AI assistants should interact with users naturally.No deep AI experience is required – if you can understand basic programming concepts and enjoy logical problem-solving, you’re a great fit! This is a unique chance to join an exciting AI project while growing your technical and communication skills. Write and review short conversations between users and AI assistants.Correct responses only when needed to improve accuracy.Follow clear guidelines; full training provided. Commitments Required: At least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per weekOverlap: prefer a few hours overlap with PT for trainings.Engagement Type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave)Duration of Contract: 6 Weeks

Responsibilities Implement/maintain the automation testing frameworkVerify new software/firmware releases with specific devices on the latest test suite.Implement the multiprocessing service or distributed system and tune the performanceWork closely with device partners to set up and integrate the golden devices with the automation test system.Analyze video streaming products and triage the pentanol issue.Write a well-designed, testable system or serviceWorking with the Global cross-function product team and developing the testing frameworkRequirements and skills - 3+ years of proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Test Engineer- Experience designing/implementing the testing pipeline- Ability to develop software in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages- Experienced in Unix/Linux systems, Distributed Systems, Parallel Computing- Excellent knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL, and in-memory datastore (e.g. Redis)- Understanding of Android application development and tools (ADB, Android Studio)- Experience with test-driven development- Ability to document requirements and specifications- BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field- Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.

Utilize Power Platforms and Python to develop, test, and deploy solutions.Seamlessly integrate Power Platforms and Python with various technologies and platforms.Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver top-quality solutions.Adhere to best practices and standards for coding, documentation, and security.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platforms and Python solutions.Support and maintain existing Power Platform applications and solutions across the NAPAC Hub.Work closely with IDS Business Integrators from the NAPAC Hub (Taiwan, Australia, Korea, and Hong Kong) and collaborate with developers and engineers across the IBU (International Business Unit).Serve as a backup and collaborate with other developers and engineers supporting the NAPAC Hub.Support scope includes but is not limited to Power Platform app development, primary key management, issue troubleshooting, user training, and creating user guides.
