Furthermore, the position will require assistance in the deployment of new software, enhancement of system performance, securing data, and creating operation documentation. Job Description: Vendor engagement of new products and proof of conceptProvide support and maintenance for Microsoft Active Directory (including Azure AD), Office 365, and other core Windows infrastructureOnboard / offboard staff, ensuring security integrityDeliver speedy response to security threats and system outagesMaintain a database with all IT assets related to client serviceFulfill demanding customer Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and manage customer expectations around support delivery timelines.Assists with user administration, onboarding, and termination. Access Control managementDocumentation of process, procedure, and operationsTraining of end-users on hardware and softwareRecommendation of enhancing the IT services to IT managerSubject matter expert in various IT client servicesAssist in purchasing the IT hardware/softwareSupport of conferencing tools and performance enhancementImage desktop and laptop computer hardware and complete deployment according to departmental and Lab standardsAbility to handle internet connection issues and work with local internet service provider to identify issues
