Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. Experience in the development and implementation of construction quality and commissioning programs. Preferred qualifications: 10 years of experience with managing the end-to-end project/product lifecycle (e.g., process developments, implementation and improvement). Experience with PMP, Six Sigma (Green), Lean (Lean Construction), DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, Pull Planning, A3, etc.), 8D, corrective and preventive action, 5 Whys, Ishikawa and other quality tools. Understanding of SQL, Tableau, metrics dashboards, data visualization and Apps.
