Setup and Maintain customer computers, server and network infrastructureAnswer staff questions in person or via phone on all company supported applications, determine source of computer problems and fix the issue (hardware, software, user access, etc.)Remotely troubleshoot problems through email/telephone by taking over the control users terminals via LAN/WAN connectionsHandle incoming phone call and escalation of problemsUpdate information on Help desk Ticketing System (Progress, Record Historical Solution as knowledge base)Do IT Documentation (IT Asset, Knowledge Base, Topology, Licensing, etc)
