We are seeking a Mandarin Speaker with a strong background in IT to join our expanding team! This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about technology and have hands-on experience in networking and data center operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily data center operational tasks, including equipment checks, system monitoring, and routine inspections.Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation of technical issues to higher-level engineers as needed.Monitor network, servers, and facility infrastructure (power, cooling, security systems).Support installation, cabling, and decommissioning of IT hardware.Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, operational logs, and system status reports.Ensure compliance with data center operational standards, safety policies, and security protocols.Provide support in both English and Mandarin for coordination with internal teams and external vendors.Assist in scheduled maintenance activities and coordinate with other teams for system upgrades or changes.

Responsible for maintaining hardware, software, and networks, as well as installing operating systems according to the standards set by the company.

Answer staff questions in person or via phone on all company supported applications, determine source of computer problems and fix the issue (hardware, software, user access, etc.) 3. Handle incoming phone call and escalation of problems 4. Remotely troubleshoot problems through email/telephone by taking over the control users terminals via LAN/WAN connections 5. Update information on Help desk Ticketing System (Progress, Record Historical Solution as knowledge base)

Perform technical documentation quality review to ensure accuracy and complianceTest current products and identify deficienciesIdentify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvementOversee continuous improvement projects

Main Responsibilities: Melakukan manajemen insiden keamanan IT, termasuk identifikasi, analisis, dan tindak lanjut. Menangani permintaan dan tiket helpdesk keamanan IT secara efisien dan profesional. Melakukan fine-tuning konfigurasi, rule, dan policy pada perangkat keamanan untuk menjaga performa optimal. Mengelola dan memantau tata kelola perangkat keamanan (security device governance). Menyusun dokumentasi dan laporan berkala terkait aktivitas serta status keamanan sistem.
