Main Responsibilities: Melakukan manajemen insiden keamanan IT, termasuk identifikasi, analisis, dan tindak lanjut. Menangani permintaan dan tiket helpdesk keamanan IT secara efisien dan profesional. Melakukan fine-tuning konfigurasi, rule, dan policy pada perangkat keamanan untuk menjaga performa optimal. Mengelola dan memantau tata kelola perangkat keamanan (security device governance). Menyusun dokumentasi dan laporan berkala terkait aktivitas serta status keamanan sistem.
