Your role and responsibilities Receive and document IT issues and service requests reported by usersPerform initial problem analysis and basic troubleshootingResolve common operational issues (permission settings, account creation, password resets, etc.)Ensure user requests are responded to within SLA timeframesEscalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support following established procedures

1. 協助廠商與監造顧問間之介面交付時程管理與協調。2. 支援施工商提送之介面管理計畫審查與優化,協助召開會議。3. 整合施工廠商與外部機關,處理施工期間作業協調。4. 製作工地簡報與會議記錄,追蹤落實情形。5. 協助主管推動交辦任務,保障施工品質與安全。6. 合約期間至2027年底,參與國家級工程專案累積寶貴經驗。7. 本職務另補助每月專案津貼 7,500元。所需證照:工地主任, 乙級建築物室內設計技術士, 公共工程品質管理人員,其他條件限制:1. 土木、建築等相關規劃設計、施工規劃管理、營建法規、政府採購法令、預算編列與成本分析,及具工程類專案管理、預算管控、與公共工程、特種建築物、PowerPoint簡報及會議記錄製作相關經驗者優。2. 具建築師、室內設計或裝修工程管理乙級技術士、公共工程品管工程師、工地主任專業人員訓練等資格者優。3. 8年以上土木、建築工程施工管理或介面協調經驗。
