Responsibilities: Deploy various application services and perform daily operations to ensure service availability and stability. Monitor business systems daily, respond promptly to issues, and document incident reports to ensure smooth operations and preparedness for emergencies. Perform system patching, disaster recovery, data backup, and storage management to ensure system security and recoverability. Assist in the development and improvement of deployment and maintenance processes to enhance service quality and efficiency. Manage and maintain servers, databases, web services, and other systems in development and testing environments. Build and continuously optimize operating systems and monitoring systems, including simple web page modifications and statistical data integration. Requirements: Experienced in configuring LNMP architecture (Linux, Nginx, MySQL, PHP) and Nginx configuration files. Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware issues. Experienced in using cloud-based virtual machines (AWS/GCP/Azure). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Must be willing to work overseas and have an active passport (only shortlisted will be contacted).

Malaysia Data Centers (AIMS Cyberjaya) Allowance(s) : Relocation Allowance Provided Job Description: • Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems. • Perform daily operations of network and technical support. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. • Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot network device problems. • Manage the status of resolution for all support cases, ensuring issues are resolved accurately and in a timely manner. • Deploy, configure and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server operating systems. • To undertake any all-other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Direct Superior / HOD.
